Hi, I’m Jas! I’m a certified yoga & crystal bowl meditation instructor. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2016. During this time, I was filled with stress and anxiety and I was looking for a way to calm the chaos—so I tried yoga. I absolutely loved it! And....so my yoga journey began.
My first yoga class was....overwhelming. So many people, so many poses and words I didn’t understand — very fast paced and honestly, intimidating. Not letting these experiences deter me, I continued practicing and later went on to get certified in 2020.
From the beginning, I had a vision of how I thought a yoga experience should be. I couldn’t quite find the vibe I was looking for, so I created it. Quarantine birthed “Vibes with Jas” a wellness experience. Rooted in intention and joy, I curate unique community centered- classes and events designed to nourish the mind, body, and soul. Through the blend of yoga with great playlists, crystal bowl meditation, thoughtfully chosen venues — sometimes with a splash of wine — each experience invites you to unwind, relax reconnect, and elevate your vibe.
